Endowment

The RPCS endowment is an essential component of the School’s financial strength.

These funds are professionally invested and managed, so that our focus is on the mission of providing a rigorous college preparatory education to our students. With a growing endowment, there are resources available for making strategic choices that address the long-term needs of the School. Roland Park Country School uses tuition revenue to underwrite the majority, not the entirety, of each year’s budget. We continually strive to minimize increases to our tuition. The optimal way to decrease our dependence on tuition is by significantly increasing the School’s endowment.

When you make an endowment gift, you are providing a lasting source of support for the most valuable resources we have—our students, teachers, and facilities. The School uses the earnings generated by these funds, while keeping the original gift principal invested, to assist with annual budgetary needs for student financial aid, faculty compensation, educational programs and campus maintenance.

RPCS is extremely grateful that many alumnae, parents, friends, and organizations have established and contributed to the funds that comprise the School’s endowment.
