My First Camp is the perfect first camp experience created exclusively for our youngest campers! Themed days combine arts and crafts, free play, outdoor adventures, and much more.
My First Camp with the Little Reds is the perfect place for your child’s first camp experience.
We offer a wide variety of experiences for our youngest learners. Infants to 5-year olds are welcome to join our program. Children will learn using our entire campus and discover the great outdoors, learn ecology, and participate in STEAM activities. Your child will have every opportunity to grow, learn, and play.
My First Camp is a full-day camp that runs from 8 - 4:30 p.m. The camp will run two week sessions from June 15 through August 21. Current Little Reds families and returning campers can sign-up for individual weeks. New families are required to sign-up for a 2-consecutive week minimum. All camps include nap time. We do not offer partial day contracts.
Our Staff
Each session is run by experienced staff members and counselors who are passionate about early childhood education and development. These leaders prepare safe, fun, and educational experiences. Our staff are First Aid and CPR certified, background checked and ready to provide your child with fun and developmentally appropriate activities.

Make-It Mondays
The Reggio Emilia philosophy puts an emphasis on the importance of group collaboration and project-based learning. Each Monday we will begin a new project that will be built upon throughout the week.
Tasting Tuesdays
Put your chef hats on and those taste buds to work as we try new fun recipes while strengthening our skills in following directions, fine motor ability to manipulate cooking tools, cognitive math skills as we count and measure ingredients, and our confidence to try new things!
Water Wednesdays
You can't have summer without water play! Every Wednesday we will cool off with sprinklers and water sensory bins.
Thrilling Thursdays
Who's coming this week? Every Thursday we will welcome a special guest to provide on-site entertainment for My First Camp. Meet a furry friend at the petting zoo, roll-over laughing at the comedy magic show, or sing along with a musical performer!
Field Fridays
Little Reds love to explore and we are so fortunate to be part of Roland Park Country School and the amazing campus. On Fridays we will head to the RPCS athletic fields for games and other gross motor activities! Bad weather? No worries! We are ready to pivot to a "Feelin' Friday" of sensory fun!
