Get to Know Director of Parent Engagement & Former RPCS Parent, Ali Pitruzzella!

You know RPCS is a special place when a parent of a graduate comes to work here three years after her daughter graduates. Ali Pitruzzella, P’20 watched her daughter, Mackenzie, graduate from RPCS during the height of Covid, but knew that she wanted to continue her relationship with the school. In 2023, Ali joined the Development office and now, instead of just her daughter holding the title of RED, Ali now calls RPCS her home.

Ali began her work relationship with RPCS as the events manager for the Red Hot Run, Night Under the Stars and the Golf Classic. This past summer, she expanded her role to Director of Parent Engagement and Events. This position will grow over the course of this school year and will provide parents a direct on-campus contact for getting answers to questions and getting involved. This role will also serve as a resource to aid the Parents' Association in any way possible.

Ali has always loved volunteering at her kids’ schools and served as co-president of the Gilman Parents Association for the 2020-2021 school year. In her free time, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, Mackenzie and her son Chase, when he visits on break from college. You can often find her at athletic events, walking her dogs in Roland Park, and hanging with friends and neighbors at the fire pit in her yard.
