1938, 1943, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1963, 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008 & 2013

Contact the Alumnae Office if you are interested in volunteering for your Reunion Committee.  Invitations for Alumnae Weekend 2018 will be mailed in March 2018.

12:00-1:30 PM - Dushane Luncheon honoring the 50+ Reunion Classes • Trustee Seminar Room, RPCS Athletic Complex
2:30-4:00 PM - 50th Reunion Tea for the Class of 1968 with Pen Pals • Ward House

4:00 PM & 5:30 PM - Varsity and Junior Varsity Lacrosse Games • Fisher Field

4:00 PM - Varsity Softball Game • St. Mary's Seminary Field adjacent to RPCS
5:30-7:30 PM - Alumnae Champagne Reception • Faissler Library

8:30 AM - Red Hot Run (5K and Family Fun Walk)  followed by

Reunion Planning

The role of the Reunion Planning Chair/Committee is to oversee the coordination of the class party and celebrations. Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a liaison to the Alumnae Office
  • Recruit classmates to serve on the committee
  • Attend committee meetings or conference call/email from out of town
  • Oversee communications with classmates through emails, letters and social media
  • Forward contact information updates for classmates to the Alumnae Office
  • Plan and coordinate details such as venue, costs, reservations, etc. for the class dinner and any additional events the class would like to hold
  • Work with the Alumnae Office to design and mail invitations 
  • Encourage attendance for Alumnae Weekend events on-campus and any class events off-campus


Reunion Giving

The focus of the Reunion Giving Chair is to help solicit gifts from classmates during the School’s fiscal year, July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018 for The Fund for Roland Park Country School, the School’s annual fund.  Responsibilities include:
  • Help establish an ambitious but realistic reunion gift goal, with a focus on participation as well as dollars.
  • Make a personal gift to the Reunion Giving Effort, preferably contributed or pledged before solicitation letters are sent to your class.
  • Help determine the allocation of the Reunion Gift, with or without the advice of classmates, to ensure that the gift is meaningful.
  • Advise the Development Office on the creation of a gift request letter which will be sent over your name this summer.
  • Assist in outreach efforts by phone, note, and/or email to encourage participation from classmates in the Reunion Giving Effort prior to Reunion Weekend October 6-8.  Progress and participation will be announced at this event.
  • Attend the Fall Phonathon on October 18 or 19 (dates are subject to change) or call selected classmates from home to encourage them to participate in the Reunion Giving Effort.
  • Participate as an online ambassador for the Fifth Annual Alumnae RedRaiser February 28 - March 1 by attending the Phonathon or calling from home, acting as a social media ambassador, and recruiting other volunteers.
  • Follow up in the spring by phone or email with classmates who have not yet been reached.
