    Director of Leadership and Entrepreneurship
    Roland Park Country School, a K-12 independent girls school is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Leadership and Entrepreneurship to oversee and facilitate the vision, implementation and future growth of this program.  The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in classroom teaching and/or co-curricular activities.  Important qualities for this job include the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral expression as well as to relate effectively with faculty and staff, administrators, parents, students, and other school constituents.  Candidates should have an outstanding work ethic and a willingness to both lead initiatives as well as collaborate on a team.  The candidate will facilitate leadership and entrepreneurship seminars, design further programs at each grade level 9-12, interact with community partners and build out opportunities for continued developments in leadership and entrepreneurship for RPCS students and faculty.     Middle School Spanish Teacher (60% - 100%)

    Roland Park Country School is seeking aMiddle School Spanish teacher for levels 1 and 2. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish with developed language pedagogy and a thorough understanding of the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures. Utilizing the target language, the candidate must be able to engage students in the learning process with activities and instruction in all four communication modes that are geared towards the young adolescent learner. In addition, the candidate should be adept at cooperative learning techniques, teaching to multiple learning styles and integrating technology and authentic sources into the curriculum. Candidates must be able to balance the flexibility and structure Middle School students need and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues.     Upper School English
     
    Full-time Upper School English position open for 2018-2019. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to foster and nurture a learning environment that is engaging and accessible to a broad and diverse range of students as well as the ability to connect curriculum content to student experiences and cultural frames of reference. In addition to having at least two years of experience, we seek a candidate that has experience implementing multicultural lessons, literature, resources, and content. This creative classroom teacher should enjoy building curriculum and working collaboratively with colleagues. RPCS is a laptop school; candidates are expected to be able to integrate technology into the curriculum.     MS/US Technology Integrationist
    Roland Park Country School is looking for a full-time technology integrationist for the Middle and Upper Schools. We seek an experienced educator focused on continuous improvement who has contagious enthusiasm for supporting the use of technology in creative, collaborative, and inquiry-based learning. The technology integrationist is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting the faculty and students specifically in grades 7 through 10 in their use of technology for teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will build collaborative relationships with the faculty, work to understand their curricular goals, and support their efforts at increasingly powerful uses of technology in varying contexts for student-centered learning.     Director of Diversity and Inclusion
    Roland Park Country School, a K-12, independent girls school (co-ed Pre-School), is seeking a thoughtful and dynamic Director of Diversity and Inclusion.  The ideal candidate will have experience cultivating a climate of equity and inclusion within a diverse community.  Candidates should have teaching and/or administrative experience and a background in leading open conversations around race, justice, equity, and multicultural education. We are looking for a director who can lead initiatives as well as work collaboratively on an administrative team.  This individual should have strong communication and team building skills and the ability to foster positive and meaningful relationships among teachers and students.     Upper School Math

    Director of Safety and Security
     
    This position is associated with the overall safety and security of buildings and grounds. Working directly with the Assistant Head of School for Finance and Operations, typical duties include, but are not restricted to, supervising members of the security department, while interfacing with the staff of the Facilities Department and other members of the Roland Park Country School community.  Maintaining the security of buildings, parking lots, roads and walkways in a safe and secure manner is necessary.  Will oversee implementation of security department improvement plans including security procedures, protocols, and training programs. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned in collaboration with the Director of Facilities. Position description is subject to change due to advances in technology, utilization of work force, and other factors, which may impact the school's need to modify position requirements.  Will also work closely with Director of  Information & Innovation.     JV Badminton Coach: Roland Park Country School, located in Baltimore, MD, is accepting applications for Head JV Badminton Coach for the 2018 spring season.  Candidates should have previous coaching/playing experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.  This individual will work closely with the Varsity staff to develop individual skills, plan and implement daily practices, and create a positive atmosphere and program feel within an all girl’s school environment.  The season will run from February 20th- Beginning of May.  Practices are held M-F from 4-6pm.  The RPCS badminton team competes in the IAAM A Conference.  Interested candidates should send a resume to Carol Hatton, Director of Athletics hattonc@rpcs.org

    Assistant Rowing Coach
    : Roland Park County School, an independent school for girls in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking an assistant rowing coach for the 2018 spring season.  The spring season begins on February 20th and run through mid-May.  The ideal candidate will have a competitive rowing or coxing background, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.     Junior Varsity Head Basketball Coach
    : Roland Park Country School located in Baltimore MD, is accepting applications for the position of  Junior Varsity Head Basketball Coach for the 2017-2018 winter season.  The Basketball season runs from early November through mid-February. Practices are held Monday through Friday from 4:00-6:00. We play a 16 game schedule.  Candidates should have previous basketball experience either playing or coaching.
