We’ll cover all facets of Wellness including: Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress and Social network. Through journaling practices, breathwork, movement and group sharing you’ll build your personal blueprint for living a healthy life. No two journeys are the same, bring an open mind (and heart!) and be prepared to get out of your comfort zone. Please wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Syllabus
Week 1 - Introduction, intention setting, getting a baseline, creating shared language + vocabulary that we’ll use for the rest of the course (and beyond)
Week 2 - Movement. How do you like to move? Do you like to do this solo or with a group? Finding the form of exercise that makes you feel joyful, that you want to do it.
Week 3 - Nutrition. Keeping a food journal. What foods make you feel good, what foods don’t make you feel the best. Learning how to read a food label and make alternative choices.
Week 4 - Sleep + Stress. Meditation, sound healing. How to practice good sleep hygiene. A good night’s sleep starts with a good day. How to minimize sleep challenges.
Week 5 - Social. Who do you love? If you’re the sum of the 5 people you are closest to, what does that say about you? Where to turn if you’re feeling isolated.
Week 6 - Wrap up, celebrating our wins, closing circle, what’s next
