COVID-19 Relief Fund

We are many. We are one.RPCS CENTENNIAL SONG

Dear Roland Park Country School Community,

Throughout our school’s history, we have never ceased to abide by the words of our Centennial Song: “we are many, we are one.” No matter the challenge or circumstances, the strength of our community is palpable across decades and many generations. We are connected by a shared bond with those who have come before us and those among us, and we all play a critical role in shaping the future of RPCS.

As we reflect on who we are as a school over so many decades, it comes as no surprise that so many of you have reached out to ask how you can help during this unprecedented time of financial need in our community. Those who are connected to the school from years past are concerned for our students and families, and our current parents and community members demonstrate continual compassion for our school and the RPCS community.

At this time, we are so proud and humbled to announce the launch of the Roland Park Country School COVID-19 Relief Fund to provide financial support in the wake of this health crisis. Perhaps more than ever, this is where we see the strength of our community coming full circle. We are many, we are one – and we need your help.

We have identified the areas that are in the most pressing need of immediate assistance at this time. These areas are as follows:

  • financial assistance for families experiencing significant financial hardship due to the impact of COVID-19
  • technology needs for students and teachers
  • professional development for teachers focusing directly on remote learning
  • health and safety planning
  • unanticipated operational expenses and deficits

We are working with unrelenting effort to support our families, students, and teachers during this time. Roland Park Country School is a community unlike any other – we are committed to each other and to withstanding difficult times together. This commitment has become especially important during this period of volatility and hardship. If you are in a position to help, a gift of any size can be made here. All gifts are tax deductible and count toward your Annual Fund support of Roland Park Country School. If you have any questions about gifts, contact Caitlin Donati, Director of Annual Giving.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely,
