To the Roland Park Country School Community,

The security team at Roland Park Country School is dedicated to protecting you — our wonderful community of students, faculty, staff, and visitors — every day. We want everyone who is a part of this school to be safe, to feel secure and to enjoy our beautiful campus and the magnificent learning environment that many people have worked hard to create and continue to foster each day.

We will accomplish this by being constantly attentive to the needs of the community, by being passionate in our daily functions, and by providing courteous, respectful and professional service in all of our interactions with others. Every day, we strive to be better through training, evaluation and feedback. We will never stop learning the latest and best safety practices and improving our team to keep this entire community safe.
