The RPCS Parents’ Association is excited to support local businesses, while bringing our community together again for the annual Holiday Fair on Friday, December 2! Vendor booth fees are offered at a reduced rate of $125 for RPCS parents and alumnae, and for our current RPCS students. Space is limited - sign up today!  Payment may be made via Venmo (@Laura-Gentles) or check (attn: Laura Gentles, RPCS, 5204 Roland Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21210). Holiday Fair 2022 Overview

parent involvement

As a way to show your support of the Fair as a parent, we are requesting raffle basket donations from Pre-School and Lower School families, and monetary contributions from Middle and Upper School families. Parents of Middle and Upper School students, please consider making a monetary contribution for the committee to buy fair supplies and to alleviate costs via credit card. We are kindly asking for a minimum suggested donation of $20.

Also, we are looking for volunteers to help run a smooth and successful Holiday Fair! What a great way to meet members of our RPCS community and support the running of the Holiday Fair. Sign-up here to volunteer

Calling all bakers! RPCS is hosting a Parade of Cakes at the Holiday Fair on Friday, December 2, where delicious cakes and pies are sold to support RPCS and various Parents’ Association Initiatives. We are requesting homemade cakes and pies to be sold to fair attendees! Please note that we are accepting full cakes and pies only (no cupcakes, cookies, or brownies etc.). If you would like to use your baking skills for a great cause, please contact Ann Daniels by Friday, November 25 with what type of cake or pie you plan to contribute. Thank you for your support!
