Middle School Experience: Open House Optional
We welcome all families interested in RPCS for the Middle School to visit campus for one of two optional Open Houses (Experience Days) during the Fall to meet our faculty, staff, coaches, and students!
- Thursday, October 20th, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Visit Day + Parent Information Session: Required
Student: Once an application to RPCS is received, you will receive an email with a link to register for a Visit Day. All applicants to grades 6-8 are required to attend a Student Visit Day where they will attend classes with an RPCS student hostess, meet other students, teachers, the Middle School Division Head and additional members of our community. Applicants will also be interviewed by a member of the Middle School Admissions Committee on the Visit Day.
- What to wear: Comfortable attire. If you have a school uniform, you can wear it — many visitors do.
- What to bring: You do not need to bring any school materials with you. Bring any medications/inhalers that may be needed over course of your visit. We will also let the nurse know of medical concerns.
- Lunch: Snack and lunch are provided. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own lunch, you may — but our Dining Hall has amazing food!
Parents and Guardians: Parents and guardians will be interviewed the morning of their daughters’ Visit Day by a member of the RPCS administrative team, participate in a student and faculty-led tour of the school, and join a group discussion with our Middle School Head, Margaret Lofgren and Middle School Dean of Students, Tiana Oguaman, '99. If you are unable to join us the day your daughter is visiting, please contact the Admissions Office to schedule another time to visit campus for your interview:
