The Gore Leadership institute

The Gore Leadership Institute allows students to take their seats at the table and lead for the greater good. Through a mix of required and elective offerings, students learn the value of their voices as creators, innovators, and advocates. The programs are designed not only to emboldened students to try to make a difference, but to consider what kind of difference they intend to make.

Bloomberg Terminal

In fall of 2024, RPCS implemented a Bloomberg Terminal on campus, the first of its kind at an all-girls school in the Mid- Atlantic region! By integrating use of the Bloomberg Terminal into our curricula, students are excited to gain real-world experiences and access to the same tools used by leading decision-makers in the business, finance and political fields.

About The Gore Family

Paula and Kyle Gore have been instrumental in the founding of the Gore Leadership Institute that holds their name. They are the parents of three RPCS graduates and have dedicated years of service and contributions to the Roland Park Country School community.

“We’re fundamentally focused on investing in education and the community experience. An investment in RPCS is an investment in the young women of today and tomorrow who will change the world for the better in ways we cannot yet imagine,” Mr. Gore said.

The Gores see their family values reflected in the school and in the education and upbringing of their three daughters. They are happy to support a cause that makes such a huge difference in the lives of Roland Park Country School students and ultimately all with whom they interact in the years to come.

“Our ‘special sauce’ is that we know the pursuit of excellence is meaningless without purpose, passion, and a lifelong commitment to tirelessly learning and seeking to improve the lives of those around us,” Mr. Gore said.
