Welcome to Roland Park Country School
I am pleased to welcome you to Roland Park Country School, a college preparatory school for girls in Grades K through 12, that has educated women of intelligence, creativity, integrity, and vision for more than a century—learning together under one roof. Our goal is to assist you in choosing an educational setting that is the best possible fit for you and your daughter. RPCS understands that selecting a school is much more than selecting where your daughter will take classes, as it serves as a second home where she will grow into a competent, confident young woman. I invite you to visit RPCS for yourself so that you can experience our vibrant, supportive, challenging and exciting community.
Sincerely,
Peggy K. Wolf
Director of Admissions and Financial Assistance
At RPCS we nourish each student’s mind and also her sense of self. Positive, consistent and successful interactions between faculty and students combine with rigorous academic programs, state of the art technology, arts and athletics to characterize the RPCS experience. An all-girls' school creates a culture of achievement where each girl forms her own sense of identity: what she believes in and how she translates those beliefs into action are critical. The journey from Kindergarten to college is one that girls make together, challenging and supporting one another along the way. Beyond our curriculum—solidly traditional in its goals and innovative its methods we aim for each student to achieve the three Cs of competence, confidence, and connectedness.
RPCS encourages self-discipline, independence of thought, tenacity of purpose and creativity. The school fosters personal integrity, respect for others, an appreciation of diversity and leadership in young women. A strong College Counseling program is directed by two full time college counselors. At RPCS, 100% of our students go to college. RPCS instills a lifelong love of learning in its students and prepares them for success in higher education and beyond.
