International Students
Roland Park Country School has a long history of international students who have chosen to come to the United States, seeking a superior high school education and who have found that in Roland Park’s rigorous curriculum. Students from China, Germany, Italy, Korea and other countries have spent their entire high school years at Roland Park and/or one year, and in some cases, one semester at Roland Park. These students have stayed with family members already living in the greater Baltimore area, with host families, and sometimes with a parent who has moved to the area for the duration of her daughter’s education.

All international students follow the standard curriculum, with adjustments made as is appropriate to the individual. International students work closely with their Advisor and Head of Upper School to help them in their academic and social adjustment and, when necessary, formal ESL tutorial support has been arranged to support the individual student’s language needs.
